un altro vantaggio è la possibilità di scambiare la villa con altri possessori di multiproprietà in paesi diversi, è come avere una villa in tutte le parti del mondo..anche se questo sistema lo sconsiglio personalmente perchè solitamente bisogna pagare una quota all'agenzia che fa da tramite e soprattutto non si ha mai la certezza di quello che si va a prendere se non arrivati sul posto! meglio affittare la propria villa incassare e andare dove si vuole.

utilizzare la multiproprietà come investimento per la nostre vacanze è un modo intelligente di investire i soldi.
investo 10.000 euro una volta e poi tutte le estati con i soldi incassati dall'affitto vado dove voglio GRATIS !!!
